Rental Process:

• APPLICATION

View/ print the rental application or obtain one from the Heath Properties rental office. Submit completed application and one month deposit in cleared funds (broker check or money order) made payable to Heath Properties. Expect approximately 2 business days to complete the application approval process.

• Lease Signing

Once approved for the apartment, prospective tenants will be contacted to setup a lease signing in the office of Heath Properties.

• Payments

Move in payments required under the lease are required 30 days in advance or upon lease signing. Each payment must be made by cleared funds (broker check or money order).
